Return Policy

Please read separate return policy for art below (fire extinguishers, original works of art, sculptures and commissioned artwork)

You always have 14 days of purchase from the day you received the item from eliasmikael.com.
We return the money to the debit card you used when you made the order. If this is not possible, one of our colleagues will contact you through email.
If the return item meets the demands for our return policy (see below), the money will be transferred when we receive and process your return package. We will refund the full amount if the item is considered defective or if the error is from eliasmikael.com.
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please complete the return form paper included with your order for the item (s) you wish to return.

Returned package: If a package has returned  because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the  cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

Refused/Unclaimed  package: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, you will be charged with a €30.00 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

Return Policy original works of art and sculptures

We do not offer refund or returns on art pieces such as fire extinguishers, original works of art, sculptures and commissioned artwork.

Demands for Returns

All goods that are sent in return must be packaged properly and, if possible, in the original packaging. The goods must be in the same condition as at the time of receiving the goods. The product must be in such a condition that it can be sold to another customer. For this reason, we also want all items to be returned in the same package you received them in.
